Backofen Australia specialises in a range of Boutique style/type range of products and services and is at the forefront of such products, We are a Niche marketing company and our High Tech production facility and team must be accomodating to our production requirements and standards Due to the huge success of our retail bread markets business, we intend to aggressively expand our market presence via these bread markets and new retail venues, therefore we are seeking 2 more flexible, dynamic and fully experienced BAKERS with high levels of experience and expertise in producing our sour dough breads under the guidance of our International 5th generation Technical Advisor., Vienesse Austrian Master Baker, Mr. Peter Smolik....
