The Australasian Baker is coming Soon!
NBIA is soon to launch its official new journal - The Australasian
Baker - your preeminent industry magazine designed for bakers
by bakers.
Originally dating back to 1919, The Australasian Baker
has long been a rich source of relevant information and inspiration
for our whole industry. Now re-launching as a national, bi-monthly
publication, it will continue in this role, fast establishing
itself as the industry's number one resource for all things
baking.
Combined with personal interest stories, upcoming events
calendar and a new “Readers Mailbox” section,
the magazine has been designed to have a greater focus on
the issues facing the industry today as well as being more
significant to the industry in the years ahead.
With the departure of James Dillon from NBIA; Briana Cicchelli
and Zoe Gorbunow will now be proudly looking after the only
official industry magazine, The Australasian Baker.
Our first edition will be launched in September so keep an
eye out for this great publication in your mailbox and if
you have any news, information or just something you'd like
